M E D I T A T I O N – 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM (3rd Floor)
In the morning, discover the power of breath as a tool for relaxation, stress reduction, and increased mindfulness. You’ll learn techniques to calm your mind, release tension, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace through guided breathwork exercises.
I N S P I R A T I O N – 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (3rd Floor)
At noon, prepare to be inspired by Author, Entrepreneur, Community Leader, and Mental Health Advocate Sharon Fekete. Her personal and professional story will shed light on the importance of mental health and well-being in life and business.
Lunch will be served to registered attendees during this session.
